Hi, I’m Jenn!
Diving into the world of wine can be intimidating, but it’s so worth it. My name is Jenn Adams, and I live in Philadelphia via Texas. This blog began as a place to share wine knowledge in a way that’s fun and approachable. Come along to learn how to fully enjoy the wine you’re drinking, not to mention impress your friends & clients.
I started drinking wine about 10 years ago and began with NO CLUE. I was fortunate to travel to France for my 30th birthday and tour the Route of the Grand Cru in Burgandy and the Champagne houses in Reims, enjoy some California wines in Sonoma, and work with some the best sommeliers in the US at several food and wine festivals.
When I accidentally moved to Pennsylvania in the middle of Covid, I decided to finally start this blog I’d thought about for years. Then, to meet new people when I moved into Philly, I started the WSET L2 certification and continued on this year to earn my WSET L3 certificate.
I love exploring local wineries and bottle shops, as well as discovering new wines and visiting vineyards while traveling, and hope to share that joy with you! Follow along here to keep up with the basics and what I’m drinking. We’ll also get into the weeds on occasion to help you talk the talk while you drink your wne.
